Getting to grips with
Getting to the root of the problem is key
Lower back pain is one of the most common reasons people visit an osteopath.
The reasons for getting pain in your lower back, however, are varied and many! The pain may be due to overly tight muscles (often a reaction to something else!), a problem with one of the facet joints, intervertebral discs, ligaments, or a bit of everything!
As an osteopath I will look at how your body is functioning as a whole, looking for the underlying cause with the goal of allowing your body to heal.
Walking out of the clinic in a better more comfortable state is always rewarding, for you, obviously, but it gives me a lift also.
